Embodiment Meditation Group (via Zoom)
Eight week term. Consecutive Wednesdays, 16th October 2024 - 4th December, 7:30pm - 9pm.
Engagement options = Drop-in when available ($45/session) OR Commit to the term ($290).
More than a mindfulness meditation class, this embodiment group is an invitation to sink more deeply into your whole being and get curious about your full human experience.
A gentle, embodied, self reflective, facilitated practice that supports self awareness, deepens self intimacy and promotes inner wellness.
Practice tending to your unique inner experience in the moment, so you can access your needs, desires, boundaries out in the world, and in your relationships, when it matters most.
Embodiment Group IS...
1.5 hrs of facilitated self-exploration in an online group format, with a weekly theme to anchor presence in self refection.
An invitation to slow all the way down and be with what is.
A facilitated individual exploration, rather than an interactive process.
Practice in somatic sensing and opportunity to develop a personal unique language for your experiences.
Quiet reflection, silent meditation, facilitated exploration or visualisation, somatic practices and invitations to feel .. with the intention of developing clearer inner communication and self-understanding.
Embodiment Group is NOT...
Group therapy. Curiosity, awareness, acknowledgement and acceptance are the focus of this process. We do not process or unpack feelings as they may arise.
PLEASE NOTE: Meditation can be harmful for folks with Complex trauma, PTSD, substance dependance or recent psychosis experiences. If in doubt, please seek advice from your therapist.
