Embodiment Session
Many of us aren’t taught that our body and mind is one. That our body communicates basic needs and desires. That all we have to do is pay a little more attention to understand ourselves profoundly deeply. We are disconnected from our bodies and speak about them as seperate from the rest of our being. Due to this disconnection, we need to relearn our body and how to develop two way communication with it, until we are moving as one again. Like anything, learning a new skill / new language takes practice + trial and error. The embodiment sessions provide an opportunity for some quality time with our whole selves. A facilitated exploration of how our body communicates to us by paying attention to body cues.
Embodiment sessions involve some gentle movement.
